An eight week expressive arts therapy program, informed by the 8 STEPS TO SAFE TRAUMA RECOVERY framework by clinical psychologist and author, Babette Rothschild MSW. Results taken from an analysis of the combined assessment measures used in the HAND TO HeART program, show high levels of both mental health adverse symptom alleviation, and positive behavioural change.
Whether you are teachers, counsellors, psychologists, healthcare workers, community workers, religious groups, wellness centres, or supervisors, our training intensives are specifically designed to suit your needs. We work closely with you, equipping you with the necessary education and skills to plan, and implement your own art therapy sessions, within your very own organization, and/or community.
